什么是民意?民意如何表达与收集、整合?民意导致了哪些“化学反应”?民意如何深度介入警务?民意介入警务的助力因素有哪些?激发警务自觉的根源是什么?这些都是坚持和发展民意导向型警务新模式需要研究解决的问题。湖州公安机关深入实施“警务广场”战略,全面构建民意导向型警务新模式,就如何进一步让民意深度介入激发警务高度自觉,不断满足人民群众的新期待新要求,不断提升人民群众的安全感和满意度,进行了积极探索和大胆实践,取得了显著成效和有益经验。
