目的:以多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)为基础,以T淋巴细胞和C反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体(D-Dimmer)、血气分析为研究对象,研究高压氧对MODS的影响。方法:对206例MODS患者T细胞亚群及CRP和D-Dimmer、血气分析等项目进行统计分析。结果:1MODS患者CD3+,CD4+T细胞不同程度减少;2MODS患者经高压氧治疗后,血CPR含量明显下降;3高压氧治疗显著降低患者D-Dimmer水平。结论:MODS病人存在不同程度的细胞免疫功能紊乱和损害。高压氧治疗能够降低多脏器功能障碍综合征患者血浆中炎性介质含量、提高血氧含量。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on MODS in patients with MODS and on the basis of T-lymphocyte and CRP, D-Dimmer and blood gas analysis. Impact. Methods: The T cell subsets, CRP and D-Dimmer, blood gas analysis and other items of 206 MODS patients were analyzed statistically. Results: The levels of CD3 + and CD4 + T cells in 1MODS patients decreased to varying degrees. The CPR content of 2MODS patients was significantly decreased after hyperbaric oxygen treatment. 3 Hyperbaric oxygen therapy significantly reduced the D-Dimmer level. Conclusion: MODS patients have different degrees of cellular immune dysfunction and damage. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can reduce the plasma levels of inflammatory mediators in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and improve the blood oxygen content.
