北京地区小麦产量构成因素中的穗粒数一般偏低,且变化幅度较大,又不易控制。从近几年北京小麦高产联合试验的结果来看,亩产千斤的小麦,平均穗粒数只有30粒左右,而一般田只有20几粒。据我们1978年观察每穗上分化的小花数多达166朵,尽管到开花期形态上正常的小花减到40余朵,但最后也只有30余粒。可见,提高穗粒
