目的:观察盐酸戊乙奎醚联合胆碱酯酶复能剂治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法:急性有机磷农药中毒患者分为2组,治疗组32例使用盐酸戊乙奎醚+氯解磷定,对照组36例使用阿托品+氯解磷定。比较两组M样症状消失时间,胆碱酯酶恢复60%时间,药物不良反应发生率,治愈率等指标。结果:M样症状消失时间治疗组为(轻0.5±0.5h,中1.5±1.0h,重3.5±2.0h),对照组为(轻1.0±0.5h,中2.5±1.0h,重4.5±2.0h),胆碱酯酶恢复60%的时间治疗组为(轻1.0±0.0d,中2.5±0.5d,重4.5±0.5d),对照组为(轻1.5±0.5d,中3.5±0.5d,重6.0±0.5d),药物不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组。治愈率治疗组为96.8%,对照组为88.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒安全,有效,疗效优于阿托品。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with cholinesterase in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods: Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group of 32 patients with penehyclidine hydrochloride and chlorpromazine, 36 patients in the control group using atropine + chlorpromazine. Two groups of M-like symptoms disappear time, cholinesterase recovery 60% of the time, the incidence of adverse drug reactions, cure rates and other indicators. Results: The disappearance time of M symptoms was (light 0.5 ± 0.5h, medium 1.5 ± 1.0h, weight 3.5 ± 2.0h) and the control group was (light 1.0 ± 0.5h, medium ± 2.5h, weight 4.5 ± 2.0 h), 60% of cholinesterase recovery time was (light 1.0 ± 0.0d, medium ± 2.5 ± 0.5d, weight 4.5 ± 0.5d), the control group was (light 1.5 ± 0.5d, medium ± 3.5 ± 0.5d , Weight 6.0 ± 0.5d), the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group was lower than the control group. The cure rate was 96.8% in the treatment group and 88.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Penehyclidine hydrochloride is safe and effective in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Its curative effect is better than atropine.
