近几年来,南汇县下沙公社十分重视抓社队工业的智力投资,使社队工业从小到大,越办越兴旺。去年,社队两级的工业利润已突破一千万元,成为上海郊区又一个“千万元”的公社。十年前,这个公社在刚兴办社队工业时,主要搞一些农机具的维修和保养,对人员的技术要求并不高。三中全会以来,社队工业迅速发展,工厂规模不断扩大,产品品种不断增加,技术和管理不适应的矛盾越来越突出。公社领导认识到要使社队工业得到发展,必须要有一支懂企业管理和技术的职工队伍。
