目的观察中心静脉导管置入引流联合顺铂+白介素Ⅱ胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法对恶性胸腔积液患者20例,给予中心静脉导管置入胸腔引流,然后胸腔内灌注顺铂40～60mg+白介素Ⅱ100～300万U,观察胸水治疗情况及毒副反应。结果恶性胸水的治愈率达85.0%。不良反应轻,无胸膜反应,无气胸及感染,无导管脱落发生,未产生肾毒性。结论胸腔置管引流联合顺铂+白介素Ⅱ胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,毒副反应轻,耐受性好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of central venous catheter drainage and cisplatin plus interleukin Ⅱ pleural perfusion in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Twenty patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated with catheterization of the central venous catheter in the thoracic cavity. Then intrapleural injection of 40-60 mg of cisplatin and 100-3 million U of interleukin II was performed. The treatment of pleural effusion and side effects were observed. Results The cure rate of malignant pleural effusion was 85.0%. Adverse reactions, no pleural reaction, no pneumothorax and infection, no catheter shedding occurred, did not produce nephrotoxicity. Conclusion Thoracic drainage tube combined with cisplatin + IL-6 pleural effusion for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is effective, with light toxicity and good tolerability.
