部队饮食卫生管理是卫生防疫的一项重要内容,由于部队统一、集中的群体生活,更使保障饮食卫生至关重要.本队4年来的实践证明,坚持饮食服务人员健康查体,开展饮食服务人员健康教育,严格饮食卫生监督监测,是一种值得探讨的方法.1 做好饮食服务人员健康查体是保障饮食卫生的前提保障部队饮食安全、卫生,服务人员健康合格的身体状况是必不可少的前提条件.因此,始终强调饮食服务人员健康查体的重要性,把饮食服务人员一年的两次查体当成大事来抓.每次查体前,对人员、时间进行系统的布署和安排,上门为各饮食单位服务人员抽血,集中进行查体,合格者签发健康证,不合格者坚决辞退.此外,还和军需部门相互协调,保证临时工查体工作的落实.经过4年的努力,本部饮食服务人员健康查体工作已走上正轨,查体率、查体合格率均呈上升趋势,1995~1997年查体率均为100%.见表1.
