去年《佳蔬名称考释》专栏共介绍了十三种佳蔬名称的由来,受到了读者的好评,今年我们将继续办好这个专栏。本专栏所述佳蔬,是以商品实体为对象,对各种常见蔬菜商品的所属类别、起源地域、名称由来及其相关典故分别加以征集、考释。介绍名称时,凡经国家或部级审核的,均以审定的商品名称为正名;尚未审定的,则以较为通用的商品名称为正名,其余为别称、异称。对于名称由来的记述,既适当照顾历史传统说法,也注意吸收最新研究成果,力求做到雅俗共赏。由于时代、地域的不同以及语言的差异,使我国同菜异名或同名异菜的现象十分普遍,亟待综合整理和系统规范,以利于蔬菜大市场的建立。本专栏愿为此做出努力。——编者
Last year, “Vegetables Name Examination and Explanation” column introduced the origin of thirteen kinds of vegetables and vegetables, which won readers’ favorable comments.
