在我们的课堂中,常出现这样的现象:当一个学生的发言还没完,旁边的学生却高高地举起了手,大声嚷到:“老师,我来,我来……”或是当教师指名一位学生回答时,其余举手的同学都异口同声地叹起气来,垂头丧气,根本顾不了听讲;或是当老师讲得津津有味时,学生却在旁若无人地干着自己的事。这些都是在数学课堂上普遍存在的现象,学会倾听,是提高课堂教学效率的前提;下面我谈谈在这方面的几点做法。
In our classrooms, it often happens that when a student’s speech is not finished, the student next to him lifts his hand and shouts loudly: “Teacher, I come, I come ...” or When the teacher named a student to answer, the rest of his classmates all sighs, disheartened, simply can not attend to listen; or when the teacher speaks relish, the students are on their own to do their own thing. These are common phenomena in the math classroom, learn to listen, is to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching premise; below I talk about some practices in this regard.
