我国自20世纪80年代开始引进德国“双元制”教育模式,事实已经证明并将继续证明,在我国高职院校人才培养改革过程中全盘照搬德国“双元制”职业教育模式是不可取的。将德国“双元制”职业教育模式的基本原理和核心思想与我国国情特别是地方经济、社会、文化的实际相结合,建构起具有地方特色的“双元制”本土化职业教育新模式—“定岗双元”模式是我国职业教育改革的必然选择。一、“双元制”本土化实施的三种教育形式
