Whether the effect of acoustic damage on cochlear hair cells is associated with cochlear blood flow disorders is not well understood. Application of kanamycin sulfate (KM) as a tracer, immunohistochemistry showed its content, on behalf of the local blood flow. Guinea pigs were placed in 125dBSPL rock music box exposed for 3 hours to observe the sound exposure at 5,30,60 minutes and 2,6,21 hours after cochlear basal lateral wall of the blood flow changes.
