为研究16PA6STC型柴油机配气机构系统动态特性,首先介绍了该型柴油机配气机构的工作原理,并用ADAMS软件与PRO/Engineer软件建立了动力学模型,在此基础上对该机配气机构进行了运动仿真分析,得到了进、排气门等关键部件的位移、速度、加速度以及受力等运动学和力学参数。将仿真数据与理论数据对比,验证了动力学模型的准确性,进而分析了不同柴油机转速对气门速度的影响,为进一步有限元结构分析以及系统优化提供了基础。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the 16PA6STC diesel engine valve train, the working principle of the diesel engine valve train is introduced firstly. The dynamic model of the valve train is established by ADAMS software and PRO / Engineer software. On the basis of this, The kinematic and mechanical parameters such as displacement, velocity, acceleration and force of the key components such as intake and exhaust valves were obtained through the motion simulation analysis. Comparing the simulation data with the theoretical data, the accuracy of the dynamic model is verified, and the influence of different diesel engine speed on the valve speed is analyzed, which provides the foundation for further finite element structural analysis and system optimization.
