构建社会主义和谐社会,是我党提出的新的执政理念和发展理念,具有科学的内涵和鲜明的时代特征。笔者运用马克思关于“两个尺度”的思想,从事实和价值两个维度上阐述了构建社会主义和谐社会与和谐文化需要遵循的基本原则。
Building a socialist harmonious society is a new concept of governance and development put forward by our party. It has scientific connotation and distinctive characteristics of the times. The author uses Marx’s thinking on “two dimensions ” and expounds the basic principles to be followed in building a socialist harmonious society and a harmonious culture from the two dimensions of truth and value.
