目前,体育选项课教学模式已逐渐成为我国高校体育教学的发展方向之一,但当前高校体育选项课教学存在诸如课程内容大同小异、可选项目偏少、教学内容不合理、忽视体育文化和人文精神的挖掘与培育等主要不足。通过分析我校的体育教学资源,认为我校已初步具备开展体育选项课教学的可行性,但需要吸纳中专体育教学的优势,同时借鉴普通高校体育选项课教学开展的经验,准确定位体育选项课的教学目标,科学设置教学内容,并采取合理的实施步骤,保证体育选项课的有效开展。
At present, the teaching mode of physical education selective courses has gradually become one of the development directions of physical education in colleges and universities in our country. However, there are many similarities and differences in the current physical education teaching courses in colleges and universities, such as different course contents, less optional items, unreasonable teaching contents, neglect of sports culture and humanistic spirit The main problems such as excavation and cultivation. By analyzing the resources of PE teaching in our school, we think that our school has initially possessed the feasibility of carrying out the teaching of PE Elective course, but we should absorb the advantages of PE teaching in PE school.
