目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺治疗肾囊肿的临床价值。方法 2004年3月至2010年7月在超声引导下穿刺注入无水乙醇进行硬化治疗肾囊肿378例。结果 378例肾囊肿患者均获得穿刺成功,术后随访3个月～1年,治愈率99.2%(375/378),有效率100%。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿,方法简便易行,并发症少,疗效确切,可作为肾囊肿的首选治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture in the treatment of renal cysts. Methods From March 2004 to July 2010, 378 cases of renal cysts were treated with ultrasound guided puncture and injection of absolute ethanol. Results 378 cases of renal cyst were puncture success, follow-up 3 months to 1 year, the cure rate was 99.2% (375/378), the effective rate of 100%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture with absolute alcohol sclerosis in the treatment of renal cysts is simple and easy to operate with few complications and definite curative effect. It can be used as the first choice for treatment of renal cysts.
