本文从我国法律援助制度的现状出发,在肯定该制度已经取得的显著成绩前提下,指出当前法律援助制度在实施中存在的一系列现实问题,并有针对性的提出进一步加以完善的合理化建议。
Based on the status quo of China’s legal aid system and affirming the significant achievements the system has made, this article points out a series of practical problems existing in the implementation of the current legal aid system and puts forward reasonable suggestions to further improve it.
