目的 了解徐州市普通人群眼遗传病及先天性畸形的发病情况。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的调查方法。结果 本次调查 9864 2人 ,发现眼遗传病及先天性畸形 2 2种 ,患者 192人 ,总患病率 1 95‰ ;男性患病率 2 2 9‰ ,女性患病率 1 77‰ ;单眼受累 3 6人 ,占 18 75 % ;双眼受累 15 5人 ,占 80 72 % ;视力低于 0 3者 10 6眼 ,占 3 0 64 % ;低视力及盲 3 5人 ,占 18 2 3 %。结论 徐州市眼遗传病及先天性畸形病种复杂 ,严重影响患者视功能。广泛宣传眼遗传病及优生优育知识 ,加强遗传咨询、产前诊断 ,提倡健康体检 ,及时治疗患者是降低眼遗传病和先天性畸形患病率、减轻其危害的有效措施
Objective To investigate the incidence of ocular genetic diseases and congenital malformations in the general population in Xuzhou. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used. Results A total of 9864 people were investigated in this survey. There were 22 eye genetic diseases and congenital malformations, 192 of whom were found with a total prevalence of 95%. The prevalence rate was 229% in males and 1 77% in females. 36 cases, accounting for 18 75%; eyes 15 15, accounting for 80 72%; visual acuity of less than 0 3 10 6, accounting for 3 064%; low vision and blind 3 5, accounting for 18 2 3% . Conclusion Xuzhou ocular genetic disease and congenital malformations complicated, seriously affecting the patient’s visual function. To widely publicize the knowledge of eye genetic diseases and prenatal and postnatal care, to strengthen genetic counseling, prenatal diagnosis, to promote healthy physical examination, timely treatment of patients is to reduce the prevalence of eye genetic disease and congenital malformations, reduce the harm of effective measures
