文章采用文献资料法、行为特征观测法、专家访谈法,论述了羽毛球运动员参加比赛前的心理反映以及心理状态调节与控制的方法。认为在赛前获得最佳的心理状态是取得良好成绩的重要保证,并提出了赛前一周的心理训练方法以及临场调节心理状态的方法,旨在为提高其运动成绩提供参考。
The article adopts the methods of documentation, behavioral observation and expert interview to discuss the psychological reaction of the badminton players before the match and the method of adjusting and controlling the mental state. It is considered that getting the best psychological state before the competition is an important guarantee for good performance. The method of psychological training and the method of psychological adjustment during the week before the competition are put forward, aiming at providing reference for improving their sports performance.
