油气生产开发企业受原油价格影响明显,在生产经营过程,需要强化企业管理水平,降低生产成本,才能取得更明显的效益。通过积极调研学习国内外先进的成本管理方案,总结分析了目前采气厂成本管理的现状,探讨了存在的一些问题,并给出了相关的措施建议。提出成本管理的全员参与性,加强预算分析,严格控制支出,建立绩效考核方案,最终有效落实成本管理的目的。
Oil and gas production and development enterprises affected by the impact of crude oil prices in the production and management process, the need to strengthen the management level of enterprises, reduce production costs, in order to achieve more significant benefits. Through active research and study of advanced cost management programs at home and abroad, the current status of cost management of gas production plant is summarized and analyzed. Some existing problems are discussed and relevant measures and suggestions are given. Put forward the full participation of cost management, strengthen budget analysis, strictly control the expenditure, establish a performance appraisal program, and finally effectively implement the purpose of cost management.
