胡扬,1958年出生,汉族。日本筑波大学体育科学博士。曾胡扬,1958年出生,汉族。日本筑波大学体育科学博士。曾受聘于筑波大学遗传基因实验中心。2001年回到北京体育大学工作。现任北京体育大学副校长、科学研究中心主任,民盟北京市海淀区区委副主委,北京市海淀区第十五届人大代表、常委,北京市第十四届人大代表,全国政协第十二届委员会委员。主要研究方向为运动员低氧训练及基因选材。为中国体育事业的蓬勃发展立下汗马功劳的人群中,有一位海归体育科学博士,在学成之后选择回校工作。他把海外的先进技术和理念引进国内,同时结合中国国情加以创新。他,就是党外人士、全国政协委员、民盟海淀区副主委、北京体育大学副校长胡扬教授。

He introduced overseas advanced technologies and concepts into China, and at the same time innovated in the light of China’s national conditions. He is a non-party, member of the CPPCC National Committee, deputy chairman of the NLD, Haidian District, Beijing University of Sports Vice President Professor Hu Yang.
