研究了具有三维通孔网状结构不锈钢泡沫的前驱体制备工艺。研究发现,将含不锈钢粉末与添加剂A的料浆灌入经预处理过的海绵中制成前驱体、然后再对前驱体实施烧结的工艺可制备出三维通孔性良好的不锈钢泡沫;海绵的预处理可保证料浆在海绵中的均匀分布;当料浆中的添加剂A与固含分别控制在9%~13%与52%~75%时,所得泡沫体的孔筋粗细均匀,且其三维通孔性良好;不锈钢粉末的粒度及前驱体中的料浆负载量对不锈钢泡沫抗弯强度与开孔率有较大的影响。
The preparation process of precursor with three-dimensional through-hole network structure stainless steel foam was studied. It was found that a stainless steel foam with good three-dimensional through-hole can be prepared by pouring a slurry containing stainless steel powder and additive A into a pretreated sponge and then sintering the precursor. A sponge Pretreatment can ensure the uniform distribution of the slurry in the sponge; when the additive A and solids in the slurry are controlled at 9% ~ 13% and 52% ~ 75% respectively, The three-dimensional through-hole is good; the particle size of stainless steel powder and the slurry loading in the precursor have a greater impact on the flexural strength and open area ratio of stainless steel foam.
