十八大报告提出,根据我国经济社会发展实际,要在十六大、十七大确立的全面建设小康社会目标的基础上努力实现新的要求——文化软实力显著增强。提高国家文化软实力不仅是我国文化建设的一个战略重点,也是我国建设和谐世界战略思想的重要组成部分,更是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要前提。
According to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), according to the reality of China’s economic and social development, we must strive to meet the new requirements based on the goal of building a moderately prosperous society established at the 16th National Congress and the 17th National Congress of the CPC - the cultural soft power has been significantly enhanced. To enhance the national cultural soft power is not only a strategic focus of our country’s cultural construction but also an important part of our strategic thinking on building a harmonious world. It is also an important prerequisite for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
