本文报告了近几年入我所的海洛因依赖者,在用美沙酮脱毒过程中5例出现急性中毒,中毒的主要临床表现为意识障碍、呼吸抑制等。我们对可能的急性中毒原因进行了分析,并就给药前的注意事项及出现急性中毒时的应急措施进行了探讨。
This article reports the heroin addicts who entered our institute in recent years. In the course of detoxification with methadone, acute poisoning occurred in 5 cases. The main clinical manifestations of poisoning were disturbance of consciousness and respiratory depression. We analyzed the possible causes of acute poisoning and discussed precautions before administration and emergency measures when acute poisoning occurred.
