目的:分析健康教育在老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理效果.方法:选择2020年1月-2021年6月本院收治骨质疏松性髋部骨折老年患者84例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组42例予以常规护理,研究组42例在常规基础上加用健康教育,对两组患者护理效果进行比较.结果:研究组疾病知识(90.24±4.15)分、饮食知识(90.37±3.17)分、运动知识(87.43±4.46)分、康复知识(91.28±3.64)分及自我保健知识(92.21±3.10)分均比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05“,”Objective: To analyze the effect of health education in nursing care of elderly osteoporotic hip fractures. Methods: From January 2020 to June 2021, 84 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fractures were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table. 42 cases in the control group received routine care, and 42 cases in the study group received routine care. On the basis of health education, the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Conclusion: Clinical health education for elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fractures can improve the patients knowledge of health and improve their nursing satisfaction.
