１９９２～１９９７年我院共收治小儿先天性巨结肠１４例，其中前９例采用Ｓｏａｖｅ术治疗，后５例采用直肠肛管背侧纵切、鸡心领斜形吻合新术式，经随访效果满意。报告于下。１ 临床资料１．１病例：５例皆为男性，年龄１月～１５岁。皆有典型病史，钡灌肠提示痉挛段长３
From 1992 to 1997, 14 cases of pediatric Hirschsprung’s disease were treated in our hospital. Among them, the first 9 cases were treated with Soave, and the other 5 cases were treated with dorsal rectal analgesia and chisel anastomosis. The results were satisfactory after follow-up .
