目的探讨阿魏酸钠对弥漫性脑外伤后耳蜗核转录因子-κB表达的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为三组:正常对照组、脑外伤组及阿魏酸钠治疗组,以蛋白印迹及免疫组织化学法观察弥漫性脑外伤后NF-κB表达的变化及阿魏酸钠对NF-κB表达的影响。结果脑外伤后24,72,168h的耳蜗组织内,NF-κB表达较正常对照组均明显增高,而阿魏酸钠治疗组,NF-κB表达较损伤组均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论脑外伤后耳蜗内NF-κB表达显著增高,阿魏酸钠对耳蜗的保护作用可能与NF-κB表达降低有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate on the expression of nuclear factor-κB in cochlear after diffuse brain injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, traumatic brain injury group and sodium ferulate treatment group. The expression of NF-κB in diffuse brain injury was detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry, Effect of sodium on NF-κB expression. Results The expressions of NF-κB in cochlear of 24,72,168 h after traumatic brain injury were significantly higher than those in normal control group, while the expression of NF-κB in sodium ferulate group was significantly lower than that in injured group (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of NF-κB in the cochlea after traumatic brain injury is significantly increased. The protective effect of sodium ferulate on the cochlea may be related to the decrease of NF-κB expression.
