本文总结了我院1972年5月—1973年7月收治急性心肌梗塞病人共82铡,男57例,女25例,依据临床症状,体征,心电图,及化检室检查等改变,综合判断,肯定诊断。全部病例均以中西医结合方法治疗,以我院自制活血化瘀理气滋阴立法的心5号为主,进行治疗,在有心律不齐,休克,心力衰竭等并发症者,相应的用西药治疗外,一律不用其它西药。 1969—1971年期间,我院收治急性心肌梗塞54例,死亡率为25.9％,本组死亡率为13.4％,有明显下降,此与中西医结合治疗及重点护理有关,特别是与中药治疗有关。
