赵健民,1912年6月24日出生于山东省冠县赵梁堂庄。1932年考入山东省立第一乡村师范,11月加入中国共产党。先后担任了山东省立第一乡村师范学校党支部书记兼济南北区巡视员、中共山东省工委组织部长、代理书记、中共山东省委组织部长等重要职务。1936年9月,赵健民在一次执行党的工作任务时被叛徒发现,遭到国民党山东省政府主席韩复榘亲自审讯赵健民。
Zhao Jianmin, born on June 24, 1912 in Zhao Liang Tang Zhuang, Guan County, Shandong Province. In 1932 admitted to Shandong province first rural teacher, joined the Chinese Communist Party in November. He has successively held the posts of secretary of party branch of Jinan First Rural Normal School and inspector of Jinan North District, organization minister and deputy secretary of CPC Working Committee of Shandong Province, minister of organization of CPC Shandong Provincial Party Committee, and other important positions. In September 1936, Zhao Jianmin was discovered by a traitor while performing the Party’s work tasks and personally interrogated Zhao Jianmin by the chairman of the KMT Shandong Provincial Government.
