(一)在市场经济的冲击下,戏曲事业遇到许多的无奈。从80年代中期试行个人承包时起,多数戏曲剧团上上下下的精力几乎全都用在了创收上,无暇顾及艺术生产和演出质量的提高。只靠翻箱倒柜折腾出些老存货,能有多少票房价值?演员们囊中羞涩,哪有心思在艺术方面精雕细琢。演出质量逐年下降,越发争取不来观众,恶性循环,导致戏曲事业江河日下的局面。这个事实,有目共睹。可惜的是至今没有可以救
(A) Under the impact of the market economy, opera business has encountered many frustrations. Since the beginning of individual contract trials in the mid-1980s, most drama troupes have used up and down almost all of their energy for income generation and have no time for improving the quality of artistic production and performance. Rely on tossing out some of the old stock, how much box office value? Actors are cash-strapped, how can there be thought in art crafted. Performance quality declined year by year, more and more not to strive to the audience, a vicious cycle, leading to the cause of drama in a down-river situation. This fact is obvious to all. Unfortunately, so far there is no help
