中小企业目前在建设人力资源系统的过程中普遍存在这样的问题,忽视培训体系的构建,缺乏对人才培养的重视,出现了管理系统不协调、员工培训风险大等问题。本文中,笔者针对企业存在的这样的问题,对如何做好人力资源培训系统的构建工作进行相关研究,从分析人力资源培训需求、制定培训计划、规范培训制度和激励机制等途径来保障培训目标的最终实现。
