睾丸恶性淋巴瘤较少见,约占睾丸肿瘸的5％。最早由Curling、Malassez加以描述。国内自1981年首先由孟昭孚和钱韵兰各报道10例,至今已报道37例,本文报告5例,并结合文献进行简单复习和讨论。材料和方法复查我室近20年活检诊断为睾丸淋巴瘤的所有切片,符合睾丸恶性淋巴瘤者5例,重新制片,H.E染色,并做了网状纤维、派洛宁以及PTAH、masson三色等特殊染色,并按1982年全国淋巴瘤协作组上海会议所提出的淋巴瘤工作分类方案重新进行了分类。
Testicular malignant lymphoma is rare, about 5% of testicular swelling lame. First described by Curling, Malassez. Domestic since 1981, first by Meng Zhaofu and Qian Yunlan each reported 10 cases, has been reported in 37 cases, the paper reported in 5 cases, combined with the literature for a simple review and discussion. MATERIALS AND METHODS Review All the biopsy samples of testicular lymphoma in our hospital during the past 20 years were matched with 5 cases of testicular lymphoma, re-made, HE stained, and reticulated fibers, Peilonin and PTAH, masson three Color and other special staining, and according to the 1982 National Lymphoma Cooperative Group meeting in Shanghai proposed lymphoma classification of work regrouped again.
