麦、姜、菠菜套种栽培技术

我县粮菜生产基地安丘镇、白芬子乡和凌河镇,人均占有耕地仅1.2亩。为解决人多地少,粮菜争地的矛盾,自1987年以来,推广小麦、生姜、菠菜套种技术。1992年平均亩产小麦350公斤,生姜2500公斤,菠菜收入500元左右。亩总产值年际间受生姜价格波动影响较大,但最低不少于4000元。推广麦、姜、菠菜套种栽培,主要是利用生姜耐阴、菠菜耐寒抗低温、小麦可以为生姜遮荫的自然环境进行的。一、套种方式主要两种。一是采用“二一式”种植,每60厘米为一种植带,在秋种小麦时,筑畦起垄,秋分前后在垄边播两行小麦,10月上旬在垄背播一茬越冬菠菜,翌年清明前收获菠菜。立夏 Anqiu Town, Bai Fenzi Township and Linghe Town, my county food and vegetable production base, only 1.2 acres of arable land per capita.
