继发现血红蛋白新变种Hb都安和Hb双峰之后,我们在海南岛文昌县汉族家庭中发现一例快速异常血红蛋白,醋酸纤维薄膜电泳显示该异常成分位于HbA与HbBart’s之间,相当于HbJ组。化学结构分析证明这种异常Hb为一种前人未发现的新变种,按其发现地和电泳位置,命名为HbJ文昌[all(A_9)Lys→Gln)。 先证者男,54岁。血液学检查显示:Hb16.5(g/dl),RBC 559(X10~(12)/l),PCV53.5%,MCV95μm~3,MCH30(pg),MCHC31(g/dl)。抗碱Hb为0.42%,HbA_2为
Following the discovery of HbAn and Hb bimodal new hemoglobin variants, we found a case of rapid abnormal hemoglobin in Han Chinese families in Wenchang County, Hainan Island. Acetate film electrophoresis showed that the abnormal component was located between HbA and HbBart’s, which was equivalent to HbJ group. Chemical structure analysis proved that this abnormal Hb is a new undiscovered mutant, named HbJ Wenchang [all (A_9) Lys → Gln) according to its discovery and electrophoresis position.
