本文介绍了工作气压低于1.33kPa的低气压多丝正比室的结构、工作原理及性能测试,得到的最好分辨时间是520ps(对约5MeV的α粒子)。
In this paper, the structure, working principle and performance of low pressure multi-filament proportional chamber with operating pressure less than 1.33 kPa are introduced. The best resolution time is 520 ps (about 5 MeV α particles).
