Since last year, Shaanxi Huangling No.1 Coal Mine actively listened to opinions of employees and intensified labor protection to employees. It actively improved the working environment and conditions of employees and ensured the physical and psychological health of employees. In order to improve the labor protection of workers, the Huangling No.1 Coal Mine set up a labor protection committee to formulate a strict system of labor protection and conduct a multi-pronged investigation to address some aspects of labor protection as reflected by the workers.
