进入21世纪以后,我国进入了经济快速发展时期,社会也开始步入了快速的升级转型时期。随着我国城市化进程的加快,大大小小的工厂企业犹如雨后春笋般在全国各地冒了出来。随之职工群体日益壮大起来,这个时候工会的工作日益繁重,尤其工会组织在电务工程企业与职工之间的桥梁作用也更加突出。那么工会到底在电务工程企业与职工之间起着什么作用?在我国社会主义市场经济快速发展时期,工会现今又出现了哪些问题以及工会应该从哪些方面努力,去更有效的服务于电务工程公司的基层职工呢?对于这些问题,下面我们逐一的进行分析探讨。
