一切企业都是小企业小企业固然是小企业,大企业通常也具备小企业的很多本质特征。当大企业刚刚进入一个新的市场时,它在这个市场实质上就是小企业,例如华为是国内大型电信设备制造商,但是当华为进入欧洲市场、进入北美市场,与思科、摩托罗拉,诺基亚等国际巨头竞争时,就是典型的小企业;当大企业要与更强、更大的企业竞争时,它实质上就是小企业。有些企业在绝对的销售收入上看是大企业,但在所在的行业内却是小企业,例如奇瑞汽车。如果我们留意一下,就会发现:
