目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化与血管内皮功能、体内脂质氧化和抗氧化功能的关系。方法 测定了血液中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (OxLDL)、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 (ET)的浓度。结果 与正常组相比较 ,动脉粥样硬化组OxLDL、MDA、ET增高 ,NO降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组SOD无显著性差异。结论 超声技术可清楚显示血管壁的早期动脉粥样硬化 ,动脉粥样硬化斑块形成患者 ,脂质氧化及血管内皮功能存在异常。
Objective To investigate the relationship between atherosclerosis and vascular endothelial function, lipid oxidation and anti-oxidative function in vivo. Methods Blood concentrations of OxLDL, MDA, SOD, NO and ET were measured. Results Compared with the normal group, the levels of OxLDL, MDA and ET in atherosclerosis group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in SOD between the two groups. Conclusion Ultrasound can clearly show the early atherosclerosis of the vascular wall, atherosclerotic plaque formation in patients with lipid oxidation and vascular endothelial dysfunction.
