火焰原子收吸光谱法具有装置简单,分析速度快,测量精度高和基体效应小等优点,在各个领域中得到广泛应用.但是,由于火焰法的雾化效率低,限制了灵敏度的进一步提高.水冷石英管作原子捕集器用于火焰原子收吸光谱分析已有文献报道,而T.S.west等人作了较系统的研究,这方面的工作国内还未见公开报道.原子捕集是一种在火焰中浓缩待测原子的予富集技术,它能提供极高的原子密度供原子吸收测量,因而显著地提高火焰法的灵敏度,检出下限一般较普通火焰原子吸收法
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry has the advantages of simple device, fast analysis, high measurement accuracy and small matrix effect, and has been widely used in all fields.
