文献[2]指出:当汽轮机主汽管道压力脉动自然频率与转子某阶扭振固有频率相近时,主汽管道压力脉动很容易激发转子不稳定扭振。该文提出在转速通道加扭振滤波器的措施以防止不稳定扭振,并给出了线性和非线性两种滤波器。文中还提出应合理设计主蒸汽管道,使其压力脉动频率与扭振第一阶固有频率有一定避开率,以防止激发扭振。图5参4
Literature [2] points out that when the natural frequency of the main steam pipe pressure pulsation is close to the natural frequency of torsional vibration of the rotor, the pressure pulsation of the main steam pipe can easily stimulate the unstable rotor torsional vibration. This paper proposes a method of adding torsional vibration filter in the speed channel to prevent unstable torsional vibration and gives two kinds of linear and nonlinear filters. It is also proposed that the main steam pipe should be designed reasonably so that the pressure pulsation frequency and the first natural frequency of torsional vibration have a certain avoidance rate to prevent the excitation of torsional vibration.
