甲状腺滤泡癌颅骨转移少见,我科1993年收治3例,报告如下。 例1:女,49岁。住院号154129。2年前发现右头顶部蚕豆大无痛性固定肿物,进行性肿大。患者5年前曾行甲状腺肿瘤切除,病理性质不明。检查:右头顶部有7cm×7cm×4cm质中固定无压痛肿物。X线头颅片肿瘤处颅骨缺损,周边高密度。头颅CT见肿瘤颅内外生长,颅内部与颅外部相仿,边界清楚,有均匀增强,肿瘤处颅骨缺损,周边增生。 例2:女,57岁,住院号155689。13年前发
Skull metastasis of follicular thyroid cancer is rare, and our department received 3 cases in 1993. The report is as follows. Example 1: Female, 49 years old. Hospital No. 154129. Two years ago, a large, painless, fixed tumor was found on the top of the right head and progressive enlargement occurred. The patient had had a thyroid tumor resection five years ago and the pathological nature was unknown. Check: There is a mass of 7cm×7cm×4cm in the top of the right head without any tender mass. X-ray cranial tumor at the skull defect, peripheral high density. The head CT showed tumor growth inside and outside the skull. The inside of the skull was similar to the outside of the skull. The boundary was clear and there was even enhancement. The skull was at the tumor site and peripheral hyperplasia. Example 2: Female, 57 years old, hospital number 155689. Made 13 years ago
