通过超声表面滚压(Ultrasonic Surface Rolling Processing,USRP)技术对X80管线钢及焊缝进行加工处理,利用透射电镜对超声表面加工后母材和焊缝表面进行观察,用交流阻抗技术和动电位极化技术对X80钢及焊缝在高p H值溶液中表面的电化学腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明,USRP处理可以使X80管线钢及焊缝表层晶粒细化至纳米级别,降低电化学腐蚀发生的可能性;试样在腐蚀介质中发生活化-钝化转变,USRP处理能够增大极化电阻,使得X80管线钢及焊缝的电化学腐蚀倾向降低。
X80 pipeline steel and weld were processed by Ultrasonic Surface Rolling Processing (USRP) technology.
