最近一段时间来,在和谐社会的背景下,“特殊利益集团”这个话题引起舆论的广泛关注。这个特殊利益集团,就是在过去若干年中,以某种不那么十分正当的方式,影响了政府决策,从而以特权方式获得了巨大利益的社会群体,人们通常提及的有垄断性国有企业、房地产开发商、医院、学校等既有垄断权又商业化经营的机构,甚至还有部分官员。对于这些特殊利益集团,民众表示强烈的不满。
Recently, in the context of a harmonious society, the topic of “special interest groups” has aroused widespread public opinion. This special interest group is the social group that has, over the past few years, influenced government decision-making in a less-than-justified manner, thereby gaining enormous benefits by way of privilege. The commonly mentioned monopoly state-owned enterprises, Real estate developers, hospitals, schools and other monopolies have both commercial and commercial institutions, and even some officials. The public expressed strong dissatisfaction with these special interest groups.
