进入21世纪以来,全球化进程加快,产学研相结合是培养复合型设计艺术人才的重要途径。本文通过对产学研相结合在培养复合型设计艺术人才的中的现状分析,提出了培养复合型设计艺术人才的思考,认为如何培养设计和管理相结合的复合型人才,将直接影响我国产学研相结合培养复合型设计艺术人才的成效。
Since the 21st century, the process of globalization has accelerated and the combination of industry, education and research is an important way to cultivate talents in the field of composite design art. Based on the analysis of the status quo of cultivating talents of composite design art through the combination of production, study and research, this article puts forward the thinking of cultivating talents of composite design art and thinks that how to cultivate the composite talents with the combination of design and management will directly affect the industry- Combine the effectiveness of training composite design talents.
