人才流动这一现象相对于北京、广州而言,在上海广告业体现得最为突出。这也应算得上是上海广告业的一大特色了。人才流动虽然已经是个老生常谈的话题,但当我们深度分析广告业的人才流动现象时,却有许多值得业界反思的地方。参与这场人才大流动的,不仅有本土的广告人,也有港台地区的,甚至也不乏国外的,上海广告业的人才流动也就更具有国际性了。可以说,上海已经成为中国广告人才的高地。这从一个侧面解释了为什么更多国际4A 广告公司纷纷选择上海作为进驻中国市场的大本营的原因,他们在这里相对更容易获得高质素的广告人才。应该说,人才流动造就了上海广告业的繁荣,也吸引了国际4A群居上海。这也许是人才流动的积极作用。我们在肯定人才流动的积极作用的同时,也应该正视这样一个事实:上海广告业的人才流动率是高得惊人的,不仅有大量基层人员的流动,就算很多高层管理人员的变化更迭,也已经成为家常便饭了。在这个与时俱进的年代,反思三地广告业如此频繁的人才流动
