目的 了解麻疹实验室的监测状况和分析其监测结果。方法 对 2 0 0 2年从广西壮族自治区各地收集到的799例疑似麻疹病例的血清标本检测麻疹IgM抗体 ,并结合其个案调查资料进行分析。结果 发现实验室确诊麻疹病例有以下特征 :6 3.76 %的病例发生在 4~ 6月 ,78 83 %的病例 <1 5岁 ,81.5 9%的病例无麻疹疫苗 (MV)免疫史或免疫史不详 ,2.3 9%的病例未表现出咳嗽、卡他性鼻炎、结膜充血这三种症状的其中之一 ,出疹 4~ 7d后采血的麻疹IgM抗体阳性率高于≤ 3d。 结论 应根据现实条件将MV复种年龄从 7岁提前到 4岁 ,对预测的麻疹高危县进行MV强化免疫 ,有效降低麻疹发病率。同时 ,加强麻疹实验室网络建设 ,提高麻疹实验室监测质量
Objective To understand the monitoring status of measles laboratory and analyze its monitoring results. Methods Serum samples of 799 suspected cases of measles collected from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2002 were tested for IgM antibodies against measles and their cases were analyzed. The results showed that laboratory-confirmed measles cases had the following characteristics: 6 3.76% of cases occurred in 4 to 6 months, 78 83% of cases <1 5 years old, 81.5% of cases without measles vaccine (MV) immunization history or immunization history unknown , 2.3 9% of the cases did not show cough, catarrh rhinitis, conjunctival hyperemia, one of the three symptoms, rash rash after 4 to 7 days rash IgM antibody positive rate higher than ≤ 3d. Conclusion According to the actual conditions, the age of multivariant should be advanced from 7 years old to 4 years old. The predicted high frequency of measles cases should be boosted with MV to effectively reduce the incidence of measles. At the same time, strengthen the construction of measles laboratory network to improve the quality of measles laboratory monitoring
