目的:分析宫血宁药物对于节育环引起的月经过多的治疗效果。方法:将我院在2011年5月至2012年5月期间治疗的由于放置节育环后导致月经过多的86例患者平均分为两组,即实验组与对照组。实验组患者采用宫血宁药物治疗,对照组患者则选用同等规格的安慰剂,治疗一段时间后,比较两组的月经情况,进而分析宫血宁治疗节育环引起的月经过多的效果。结果:实验组患者经宫血宁治疗后的经量增多、经期延长、点滴出血情况均明显低于对照组,差异显著,且P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:宫血宁药物不仅可以减少月经数量、缩短月经周期、减少点滴出血情况,而且该药物适合口服、对患者的副作用小、安全性高。
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of Gongxuening drug on menopause caused by IUD. Methods: From May 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 86 cases of menorrhagia caused by placement of IUD after the average divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with Gongxuening, while those in the control group were treated with the same placebo. After a period of treatment, the menstrual conditions were compared between the two groups, and then the effect of Gongxuening on the menorrhagia caused by the IUD was analyzed. Results: The experimental group of patients after treatment by Gongxuening increased by the amount of menstruation, bleeding were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant, and P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Gongxudang drug can not only reduce the number of menstruation, shorten the menstrual cycle, reduce the bleeding, and the drug is suitable for oral administration, the side effects of patients with small, high safety.
