同志们:这次电视电话会议是省委、省政府决定召开的。最近,中央办公厅、国务院办公厅联合下发了《关于进一步解决部分企业职工生活困难问题的通知》(中办发[1996]29号),对解决部分企业职工生活困难问题提出了明确的要求。省委、省政府办公厅已将中办国办通知文件印发各市(州)、县(市、区)党委和政府,省直各部、委、办、厅、局、各人民团体及县团级企、事业单位。今天召开这次电视电话会议,就是督促各地、各部门认真贯彻两办通知精神,狠抓落实,切实安排好今冬明春,特别是元旦、春节期间部分困难企业职工群众的生活问题。
Comrades: This video-teleconference was decided by the provincial party committee and government.
