目的：探讨剖宫产对初乳中抗体和补体的影响。方法：采用免疫比浊法测定正常产妇产后第２、第４天母乳中ＳＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ、Ｃ３、Ｃ４值。结果：剖宫产组产妇第二天初乳中ＳＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、Ｃ３、Ｃ４浓度明显高于顺产组产妇的初乳。在产后第４天，除Ｃ４仍有显著性差异外，其余差别无显著性。ＩｇＭ差别无显著性。结论：剖宫产对初乳成分有一定影响，它使初乳中抗体、补体水平增加。
Objective: To investigate the influence of cesarean section on the antibody and complement in colostrum. Methods: The levels of SIgA, IgG, IgM, C3 and C4 in breast milk of normal pregnant women on the 2nd and 4th postnatal days were measured by immune turbidimetry. Results: The concentrations of SIgA, IgG, C3 and C4 in colostrums in the cesarean section were significantly higher than those in the cesarean section. On the 4th postnatal day, there was no significant difference except C4. IgM difference was not significant. Conclusion: Cesarean section has a certain influence on the composition of colostrum, which increases the level of antibody and complement in colostrum.
