用裂解气相色谱法和裂解气相色谱 /质谱法研究聚酯聚醚多嵌段共聚物的微观结构 .裂解气相色谱法用于研究多嵌段共聚物的F t曲线 ,用裂解气相色谱 /质谱法分离并鉴定裂解产物 .DTA实验用于辅助考察热分解温度 .结果表明 ,弹性体样品开始热解的温度大约为 30 0℃ ,550℃时样品几乎全部裂解 .由于分子结构中较弱化学键的断裂 ,样品受热时产生大量的裂解碎片 .证实了弹性体的微观结构 ,推导了共聚物的裂解机理 .
The microstructure of the polyester polyether block copolymer was studied by pyrolysis gas chromatography and pyrolysis gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. Pyrolysis gas chromatography was used to study the F t curve of the multiblock copolymer. The pyrolysis gas chromatography / mass spectrometry DTA was used to investigate the pyrolysis temperature.The results showed that the pyrolysis temperature of the elastomer sample was about 30 0 ℃ and almost all of the sample was cleaved at 550 ℃ due to the cleavage of the weaker chemical bonds in the molecular structure , A large amount of cracked fragments were generated when the sample was heated, the microstructure of the elastomer was confirmed, and the cleavage mechanism of the copolymer was deduced.
